Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Analysis

  • Map and document current business processes, identifying issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend optimized workflows and solutions.

Future-State Process Design

  • Partner with key stakeholders to design future-state processes that align with the capabilities of D365 or other ERP platforms.
  • Ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

Requirements Gathering

  • Work closely with business units to capture, analyze, and translate user and functional requirements into clear system specifications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, IT, and external consultants to ensure seamless end-to-end process coverage across projects.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption activities where needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in process reengineering, business process improvement, or transformation projects, including exposure to ERP‑related initiatives (junior candidates with strong potential will also be considered).
  • Strong skills in process analysis, documentation, and workflow design, including proficiency in tools for mapping end‑to‑end processes (e.g., workflow diagrams, SOPs, swimlanes, process narratives).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose practical, structured improvement solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese.

Preferred / Added Advantages

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured process improvement methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g., Yellow Belt / Green Belt) considered a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI for data visualization and Power Automate for workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Business Central), especially in relation to process redesign or system transformation initiatives.
  • Project Management experience, such as assisting in or leading digital transformation, ERP implementation, or process reengineering projects. Exposure to PM frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is an advantage.
  • Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, drafting BRDs/FRDs, developing user stories, and supporting UAT activities.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, cross‑functional discussions, or process walkthroughs to align stakeholders on future‑state processes and solution design.
