Job Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer and merchant enquiries via phone and email, handle various application forms and related service requests, and ensure communication is clear, accurate, and empathetic.
  • Collect, organize, and conduct preliminary reviews of application information submitted by merchants, ensuring document completeness and compliance, and forward cases to relevant departments for follow-up in accordance with established procedures.

  • Perform daily operational support tasks, including data entry, system record updates, document verification, printing, and quality checks, to maintain data accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Assist in promoting the standardization of customer service processes, collaborate with the team to achieve daily service targets, and execute assigned tasks consistently during office hours (09:00–18:00).

  • Based at the Kowloon Bay office, supporting Monday-to-Friday operations and delivering stable, professional frontline services in line with the company's operational rhythm.

Job Requirements

  • Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) or equivalent, with Level 2 or above in five subjects (including Chinese and English). Education level is flexible; fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, with basic communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin. Able to independently draft clear and professional emails and records.

  • Proficient in both Chinese and English input methods, with basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, capable of handling clerical and data organization tasks efficiently.

  • Possess basic customer service awareness, be detail-oriented and well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. No prior experience required; candidates with banking, retail, or operations support experience will be an advantage.

  • Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident, available to work on designated weekdays (Monday to Friday), and meet local legal employment and visa requirements.

  • Hourly rate ranging from HKD 50 to 75, calculated based on actual working hours; remuneration is market-competitive.
